Does Bianca offer catering in Bangkok?
Yes. Bianca caters events at offices, homes and event venues across Bangkok, from simple delivery and drop-off catering to full-service events with our own chefs, service team, buffet setup, tableware and on-site coordination.
What is the minimum number of guests for outside catering?
Our outside catering starts from 20 guests and scales up to large corporate events and celebrations.
How much does Bianca catering cost?
Outside catering buffet menus start from THB 1,590 net per person (food only), with fuller buffets at THB 1,990 and THB 2,490. Group set and sharing menus at our restaurants start from THB 990 net per person. Canapés, live stations and drinks are quoted for each event.
What catering styles do you offer?
Canapés and cocktails, buffet, sharing style, individually plated dinners, live stations and office or delivery catering. Live stations include a Parmesan wheel pasta, fresh pasta, live carving, grill, burrata and antipasti, dessert and a cocktail and spritz bar.
Can I book a private event at a Bianca restaurant?
Yes. Choose a set menu, semi-private dining, a cocktail reception or a full restaurant buyout at any of our five Bangkok locations. ICONSIAM hosts up to 140 guests and One Bangkok up to 110.
Do you provide drinks and bar service?
Yes. We can add welcome drinks, mocktails, coffee service, wine selection and pairing, Prosecco and Champagne, cocktails and spritz, and bartenders, so food and drinks come from one team.
Can you cater for vegetarian or other dietary needs?
Yes. Our event menus include vegetarian and dietary alternatives, and we can adapt dishes for your guests. Let us know the requirements in your brief.
