Dark Pocket Pizza – 180 THB
A jet-black folded pizza pocket with a golden, crisp finish. Inside: cooked ham, creamy stracciatella, spicy Calabrian nduja and Parmesan. Sold by the piece, it is the perfect Halloween snack to share for the table or to start your meal before pasta. Fans of our 13-inch Italian pizzas should not miss this one.
Black Ink Risotto – 520 THB
Our most dramatic plate of the season. Carnaroli rice cooked with squid ink until glossy and deep black, topped with garlic shrimps, cool stracciatella and a bright lemon vierge sauce. The ink brings a rich, savoury taste of the sea, while lemon and herbs keep every bite fresh. If you love seafood risotto in Bangkok, this is the one to order. Red Spicy Carbonara – 590 THB
A Roman classic with a devilish twist. Rigatoni tossed with crispy guanciale and spicy salami, bound in a silky sauce of egg yolk, Parmesan and plenty of black pepper. Rich, smoky and with a slow-building heat, it is carbonara for anyone who likes a little fire on Halloween night.
